Earl Slick
LEGEND! That's a good word to describe the awesome talent and career of the one and only Earl Slick. Legends look for others to help them become even more successful... and when you have legends like John Lennon and David Bowie seeking you out, well... a legend is what you become as a result. Earl took the place of a legend in Mick Ronson who was Bowie's guitarist in the "Spiders from Mars"! And when Earl came in, David Bowie hit his most prolific run. Earl was the guitarist on songs that became legends as well like, "Fame" and "Golden Years" and Bowie's incredible "Young Americans" record... and what would be Lennon's last record, "Double Fantasy"!
These days, Earl continues to shine as a pioneer in Rock music and has become a fan of Visual Sound and our V2 Series pedals, although Visual Sound has long been a fan of Earl. A Legend using a Legend... Visual Sound is proud to be associated with the illustrious career of the one and only Earl Slick.
